1. About the Service
Silent Crossroad offers personal emotional support and reflective coaching through a Voice Container format. This includes voice message support via WhatsApp, private calls, and tarot/astrology reflection where relevant. The service runs for a period of 4 weeks per container.
2. Not a Substitute for Professional Care
Silent Crossroad is not a therapy, medical, or crisis service. The support offered is reflective and coaching-based in nature. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical care, please contact a qualified mental health professional or emergency services.
3. Payment
Payment is required in full before the container begins. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the personal and time-intensive nature of the service, all payments are non-refundable once the container has started. If you need to cancel before the start date, please contact us within 48 hours of payment for a full refund consideration.
5. Communication Structure
The Voice Container operates via WhatsApp voice messages, Monday to Friday. Messages should be up to 5 minutes long, with a maximum of 1–2 messages per day. Responses are provided within 24 hours on working days. Weekend messages are answered on the next working day.
6. Confidentiality
All communication within the container is private and confidential. We will not share your personal information or the content of your sessions with any third party, except where required by law.
7. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Engage honestly and respectfully
- Respect the communication structure and boundaries of the container
- Not use the service as a substitute for emergency or crisis support
- Provide accurate information in the intake form
8. Limitation of Liability
Silent Crossroad is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of our services. The support offered is reflective and educational in nature and does not constitute professional advice. You use the service at your own discretion.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes will be subject to Norwegian jurisdiction.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
